Banoffee cheesecake with double chocolate

My favourite easy way to make a banoffee when i have friends at home.It takes only 15 minutes to prepare it!!

List of ingredients:
350gr digestive biscuits, crushed
110gr unsalted butter, melted
3t.b sugar
3 medium ripe bananas
150gr dulche de leche
150gr white chocolate melted in a bain-marie
2t.b vanilla sugar
150g dark chocolate melted in a bain-marie
300g of cream cheese at room temperature
Zest of one lemon

1.For the crust, melt the butter in a medium pan. Stir in the biscuit crumbs and sugar so the mixture is evenly moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking tin -24cm- and cool in the fridge while preparing the filling.
2.For chocolate filling , beat the soft cheese at medium-low speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. With the mixer on low, gradually add the lemon zest, and the vanilla sugar, scraping down the sides of the bowl and the paddle twice. We divide the mixture into two bowls and we mix each part with the white and dark chocolate. We place the mixture of the chocolates into two piping bags.
3. We make a thin layer of the dulche de leche on the top of the crushed biscuits and we place carefully the slices of the bananas. We finish our cake by piping the mixture of the chocolates on the bananas and we refrigerate for 1 hour.
